The Villa is a Class A apartment with high thermal and acoustic insulation.
It is about 32 m² and has a bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom.
A living room with sofa*, flat screen TV and kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and crockery.
Outside there is a covered terrace with table, chairs and deck chair.
It also has independent heating and air-conditioning, a covered parking place in the underground garage for your car, free Wi-Fi connection.
The villas are equipped with Special Memory Foam pillows.

The blankets and bed rails for children (to reserve based on availability) are available and free of charge at the reception.
Bed linen, towels, dishtowels and detergents aren’t provided.

*The sofa is a sofa bed with a length of 180cm, therefore it is possible to add a third person up to 14 years of age at an additional cost once the booking has been made by sending an e-mail.

Arrival/departure day in high season in the Villa is Sunday.
